The establishment
A few days to meet friends to cycle along the lakeside and visit the little towns, as well as Annecy. The swimming pool was great! And the staff are very accommodating. This site was so relaxing compared to nearer Annecy, yet Annecy is easily accessible. A great bonus is the Bell Foundry museum just nearby.
Pity the bar and snack were closed - September is still summer holiday period and the site was pretty busy! This is a big minus for us.
Accommodation review
Nicely set out in little avenues leading to little bridges over the Aloua, and a great kids' playground.
Pitches a bit small, and not much definition between them, had a feeling of all being lined up together !

The establishment
The campsite is close to Lake Annecy and the safe cycle route into the town centre
The restaurant is satisfactory but could be improved with a more varied selection of dishes. It was a shame that the restaurant closed for the season on Friday 30 August.
Accommodation review
Our pitch was large and easily accessible for our Motorhome. Ideal for us.
Having to pay 20Euros per person deposit for wristbands to operate the showers was a nuisance. Made more annoying by the reception not opening until 9am meaning there was a queue to return them on the last morning to have the deposit refunded. Last thing you need before the start of a long journey.

The establishment
We really enjoyed our stay with you and the children especially loved the pool! The showers and staff were great too. It is very convenient for biking around the lake and getting the bus into Annecy. We would definitely stay again!
An extra toilet roll dispenser in each toilet would be great as the toilet roll ran out on numerous days in lots of the toilets. This would solve the problem until they were next cleaned.

It was a good sized plot which was close to the toilet block and the play area.

The establishment
The location, close to the lake and cycle track, giving access to Annecy in about 30 minutes of picturesque peddling.
The shower tag system is mean minded and inconvenient, involving taking deposits and faffing with wrist bands whilst trying to get a (not very hot/cold) shower. Given the expensive price of a pitch, I think loo seats could be afforded! The pitches themselves are small and impersonal - as we parked up our neighbour started panicking that they wouldn’t be able to get out with out big van parked next to them. It’s more like a big grassy car park with brutalist facilities than a welcoming camp site.

Stayed a couple of times and will go back. Great location Wifi was good nice sized pitches and good motorhome services
Chemical toilet emptying and a grey water drain by the shower block or more central would be useful. Also more showers as there was a queue at peak times particularly for the ladies.

Lovely campsite in a perfect location. Easy & friendly check in process. Great facilities, clean showers/toilets etc with a lovely pool area.
Maybe improve publication of restaurant/bar opening hours and menus at arrival.

Location good for the free shuttle to Annecy, campsite felt peaceful. Liked the pool area for the kids.
Toilet and shower facilities were dirty and not very nice to use. Further from the lake than we thought, not easily accessible.
