The establishment
I have always liked this campsite, easy access to the lake and cycle path, the new swimming area is a bonus now too, the relaxed atmosphere on camp, access to local amenities too.
Painting the sanitary block and the bar/food area to give it a fresh new look alongside she new swimming area

Caravan pitch was lovely, plenty of space for our caravan and car.
I was on pitch 104 behind me was pitch 101, which had very noisy elderly people from Netherlands who had to be told to be quiet at 1am, then an British family move onto tree and continually ran their VW van during the day filling the area with diesel fumes, very inconsiderate people.

Be careful if you have a twin wheel caravan, after booking we’d heard they may be problems with this site (we couldn’t find any mention in the terms and conditions) so we contacted them to double check and was told that we could not stay on the site…also to mention even though we took out cancellation insurance, the site would not give us our €135 deposit back.
Clearer information that you do not accept Twin Wheel Caravans, and not just taking peoples money would be a great start.

The establishment
We didn’t enjoy our stay here the overall quality just didn’t meet our needs. Communication was poor - had to change my arrangements due to a family illness - response was very basic and lacked empathy
Access to our pitch was poor. Track was too low and ended up damaging my water tank trying to motor move on to the plot. Toilets and showers poor standard, desperately in need of modernisation. Pitch sizes not suitable for our 7.3m caravan despite accepting our booking

The establishment
Location is excellent adjacent to cycleway around the lake, supermarkets and filling station. Easy access to Annecy. The swimming pool is excellent. Pitch sizes are good.
Toilet block is outdated. No toilet seats! No soap at the sinks. The temperature controlled hot water is hardly warm enough to shower and not hot enough to cleanly wash greasy pots…shameful for the site fee! Theres only one chemical toilet disposal point and its some distance away from the camping field! The snack bar wasnt attracting much custom. The tanniy announcements seem a bit old fashioned!

Prima plek voor een overnachting dicht bij Annecy.
Openingstijden van de receptie. 's Ochtend pas om 9:00 uur open terwijl je bandjes om te douchen nog in moet leveren. Niet ideaal. Openingstijden receptie. Middagsluiting is toch niet meer van deze tijd. Gasten zijn 10 uur onderweg en moeten dan nog een uur aan de poort wachten voordat ze in kunnen checken en hun kampeermiddel op kunnen zetten. met als gevolg dat er bij opening een enorme rij staat waardoor het allemaal nog langer duurt

la beauté du paysage, les randonnées; le calme et l'accueil de l équipe du camping,les emplacements spacieux et bien ombragés, le point d'eau a proximité et le badge pour entrer dans l camping, et la proximité du lac, de la piste cyclable et des commerces auxquels on peut accéder sans prendre la voiture; l’équipe du snack est très sympa
