The establishment
Lovely site, very friendly family run business. Clean showers and toilets, plenty of hot water. Toilet emptying point and motorhome service point. Nice little indoor pool (outdoor closed in winter) bread can be ordered from reception in school holidays. Choice of EHU amps, this time we had 10 amps, on a previous visit booked last minute we only had 3, you pay a different rate for each per day. Pitches are partly gravel, we had no issues moving after a lot of rain. Restaurant on site is lovely, but need to book from reception. Site well located a five minute walk from the village.
The pitches would be improved with a bit more gravel and a little more space between vans, although we had space this time.

Nice pitch, pallets available and needed for outside your door as it is quite muddy. It didn’t snow while we were there but it looks like it is cleared efficiently if it does.

The establishment
Great site, our 3rd year in a row staying here. Ideal for the slopes. The ski bus stops at the entrance to the campsite every few minutes and is only a 5 minute ride to the lifts. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast available to be ordered from local bakery. Facilities clean and tidy, showers are decent and the local town is very nice.

The establishment
The campsite facilities and it's location, with the bus stop at the entrance and only 10 minutes walk into town. The restaurant is very good too.
Unfortunately our electricity kept tripping, although it did not happen if there were only two pitches using the box.
Accommodation review
The staff are very helpful, particular when the electricity tripped. The sanitary facilities are very clean. Plenty of hot water. Wonderful views of the mountains.
The electricity tripping, even when the only appliances we had on were the fridge and the fan heater and we were on 10 amps.

The establishment
Perfect location for the ski bus, 2 mins on the bus to the slopes. Lovely swimming pool. Clean tidy site with warm showers. Morning bakery delivery was also nice.
Luckily we were able to upgrade the power rating on electric supply. 3 Amp would have caused us problems with a larger motorhome.

location, very close to the town and navette for ski lift
pitches are very muddy - pitches running water disconnected (I guess during winter months to avoid frozen pipes but...) - some showers don't work - washing up sometimes didn't have hot water

On arrival, a lady guided us to the pitch, despite having so many available pitches she wanted to give us the muddiest with the van's side door opening to the street giving us zero privacy. When asking if we could take the one next to it, she went super grumpy and rude! Her excuse was she could only start giving pitches from the 1st in line, which made absolutely no sense, so I asked for the 1st in a different line and even so she was grumpy and not welcoming. Eventually, she did and also gave us an extension cable to hook up as we were too far from the electricity point but too little&late

Just on the edge of town, bus stop to ski lifts right outside the campsite. We ran out of gas and the site helped change our hose to a French version so we could use the French gas bottle.

We stayed on a winter pitch - showers and toilets really well kept and plenty of hot water
When booking I did not book electric and I missed the tick box. When booking online ensure that you select electric if you need it.

Excellent boot and ski rooms, my wife enjoyed the pool. Very easy access to village and ski bus stops right outside the site
We were shunted into the nearest space on arrival. The space was very tight even with a small VW Van

Was worried about getting out as pitch was icy so didn’t move the van at all
