How well kept everything is and the Gardner is a true soldier never stops and everything is a credit to him. All staff are very friendly and appear happy at work which for me says well run on management side
Steps to private facility units are too narrow and ours has collapsed at one end very slippery when wet. Units are very good and loads of very very hot water.

Super sized pitch and more than enough room for our7.6m motorhome awning and trailer and car so very happy having looked around most of the pitches are quite large. facilities are all good clean and well maintained pools have enough umbrellas and loungers and well laid out.
The pool is situated at the front of the site and due to the fact that the site if narrow and long it was a trek to use it.The only true downside which I believe could easily be resolved is the fact that all the recycling bins are at the entrance and are the local centre site, but the site could do with a satellite collection area. Could make much more of the bar area as I think you are missing the opportunity to draw people into the restaurant area even if it only servers snacks and drinks during the day and early evening prior to the restaurant opening. We would have used it for Lunch

Great pitch with own facilities. Quiet location but approximately 3 miles to nearest supermarket/town. Very helpful lady who runs the campsite as we moved pitches. Location great access to motorways for Annecy and links to Switzerland.
Pool area could do with a refurbishment and changing rules about no food around the pool. More washing machines Weekend reception lady not very helpful when we asked about trains to Geneva.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean site with large individual pitches. We stayed on a Premium pitch with private sanitary area which was clean and well maintained and situated at the rear of the pitch. The domestic size fridge within the external sink area was a lovely touch and very welcome in the heat. Restaurant and bar area was very good with excellent quality food. Excellent pool area with sunbeds.
Shop poorly stocked with limited opening times. Bar area had limited opening times. 12-2 and 7-9 on Wednesdays to Sunday's only, so nowhere to purchase snacks, cold drinks or ice creams outwith these times, especially on hot days. Sunbeds in pool area require update as some had rips within the fabric and probably not enough when site is busy.

Very clean premium pitch with sanitary privè The addition of a domestic fridge was very welcome. Sanitary privè was very clean with endless hot water. Shower area was spacious and didn't feel cramped.
No complaints. Excellent pitch.

The reception area is manned by one person who is responsible for booking people in, the shop taking calls etc. There is always a queue and very slow.
More staff required to take on different roles
