Very bad reception, at checkin we were yelled at because we didn't stop and wait at the parking. When we asked for bike routes information we were told that the reception was closed. Also when we came for paying for the checkout we were kept being said that the reception was closed and that you were busy and said to come the next day after 07.00, but we had to leave early in the morning because we had a long trip and our car had problem, but there seemed to be no understanding or intention to find a solution. And it is a pity because all we would expect was good reception.

Beautiful surroundings, nice places, fresh bread, a small restaurant and good hospitality of the owners
Toilets were not always clean and hot water for showering not always available

Establishment
The owners were very kind and helpful when our inverter broke on the first night and did all they could to provide heat for us . They also waived the cost of my husband staying one night in order to repair the problem. The food in the restaurant is delicious and they even gave us free mulled wine one evening so we got to know some of the other campers. They worked tirelessly to clear the unprecedented amount of snow every morning. Showers were hot and boot room warm . All facilities were clean every day . I would definitely visit again .

I love everything about Camping Les Lanchettes. The facilities approve year after year, but the warm welcome and lovely atmosphere never changes.

The camp site was clean and well managed, in a great location for mountain biking and hiking.
Having more of a shop for produce maybe a future thought as the nearest shop is some distance away.

Nice big pitch that was level so didn't need the ramps.
Grass was a little long and needed a cut, but nothing major.

Clean, well kept site and plenty of showers, toilets and washing facilities. Bar and pizza on site. Definitely coming back.

As always staff friendly and helpful. Lanchettes is just a beautiful place.
The ground can be a bit water logged. So more hard standing would be nice.

Location. Friendly management, warm welcome.
The water in the showers are not hot enough! We tried at different times of the day and always tepid temperature. Also not hot enough to wash the pots properly. The walkways to the facilities are too icy… need to be cleared properly…. It’s was dangerous especially at night.
