We liked the facilities such as the boot room and ski room, good showers and washing up, drying room. The staff were lovely and clearly took care of visitors and cleaned regularly. We used the sauna twice also the pool

The site is very handy for the bus and for skiing. It is very quiet
We’d prefer toilet paper inside the cubicles. We think more was wasted because of this. A hand drier or paper towels in the toilets.

This will be our third visit and we love this camp site. The owners are lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The campsite is always immaculate and the facilities are always super clean. I would definitely recommend.

Very well run park, heavy snow cleared regularly, really helpful management and staff with great positive attitude. A great help when our van needed towing out with tractor after heavy snowfall. Excellent service and very professional.

Owners were friendly and helpful. They worked hard to keep the site serviceable with the tough weather conditions (snow & ice). Sanitation facilities were excellent, well maintained, very warm morning until night. Recommended restaurants with in walking distance and also a bus service to take you to village Center. You can scan qr code to get live timings of buses. Would definitely come back here again.

The site has excellent clean and warm shower and washing up facilities. Heated boot room and laundry room are very useful. We loved the location and access to the ski areas .and frequent ski bus service from outside the gates . Fresh bread and pastries could be ordered every day. The swimming pool was lovely .

If you are looking for an adventure stay in the winter. This is the place to be. You are staying in the middle of Port du Soleil. With a bus stop in front of the campsite, you can quickly move in any directions within the ski area. The campsite is well-equipped with heated facilities so you can easily dry your ski equipment and clothes.

On a tout aimé ! Le service, le confort, les infrastructures, .... mais que serait tout cela sans la convivialité . Toute l'équipe de l'oustalet est vraiment super sympa et c'est l'ingrédient clé pour un séjour au ski réussi !

1ère expérience en caravaneige réussie

Nous avons longuement hésité avant de tenter cette 1ère expérience en caravaneige et avons opté pour le confort poposé par l'Oustalet. Et bien nous ne le regrettons absolument pas, nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse ! Les prestations proposées par le camping : salle de séchage, local à skis et chaussures sont bien pratiques. L'ensemble des locaux mis à disposition dont les sanitaires et l'espace vaisselle sont d'une propreté irreprochable. Enfin, les gérants sont à l'écoute et très disponibles pour régler les petits soucis de débutants. Nous reviendrons !

il manque un bar pour boire un verre après une bonne après-midi de ski.

La propreté du site et les installations comme la salle de séchage, les sanitaires, la piscine.
Si je peux me permettre de faire une petite suggestion, j'aurais aimé un petit pot d'accueil avec un moment convivial entre camping caristes au début du séjour pour pouvoir être conseillé car il y avait beaucoup d'habitués, nous aurions pu poser des questions par rapport au ski et aux conseils de visites.

On a été très bien accueilli dans ce camping de haute qualité par une équipe familiale très réactivité et à votre écoute. Camping idéalement situé dans la vallée et bien desservi par les navettes pour se rendre sur les domaines skiables. Juste à côté de l'ESF pour les jeunes enfants. On a profité de sanitaires confortables et irréprochablement propres. Parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances en hiver et comme nous en caravaneige.

Nous étions hébergé en caravaneige. On pu profiter depuis le camping d'une vue exceptionnelle sur les différents sommets qui bordent cette vallée.
