The establishment
The reception staff were very good and helpful. The showers were hot. Could pre- book the pitch, which is a bonus. Had availability for a late booking
We were placed on a pitch near the pool but it was the closest pitch to the main road which is extremely noisy, other quiet pitches were available. We were moved without problem when I requested a different pitch. There was no hot water in the sinks for personal washing, never had this before. The water for dishwashing was only luke warm. I thought it was expensive for what was provided.

Decent campsite that offers reasonable cost, great location and good services. I'd happily return.

Insufficient space between pitches. Not enough toilets and showers for the number of people staying. Facilities not kept clean. We left after one night.

Quiet and calm. Good location for a cycle into Annecy. Reception team were great and good info before arrival
Queues for showers but it was the middle of August so to be expected I suppose. Would really like hand wash by sinks.

Really friendly helpful staff, great pool, lovely pizza, near a good Carrefour and free bus.
No soap in toilets. If you're leaving the site you don't want to carry soap all day. Washing block not clean, there were cobwebs with dead insects and the remains of a birds nest. Often had to wait for a toilet / shower and toilets often had no paper. Ping pong table a joke., just a rotten bit of plywood.

Reasonable sized pitch but cramped compared to other sites.
Obviously no fault of the site, but very loud people making loads of noise and playing music late into the night. I would only stay here again if there was no availability elsewhere.

The establishment
Size and terrace of the mobile home, the car parking next to the mobile home. The camping is only a few meters away from the lake.
The fact that the guest has to clean after the stay and the camping is not making a cleaning themselves has as a result that a lot of people make a very superficial cleaning when they leave and you end up with the previous guests dirt and dust. Also, there are just 2 washing machines and 1 dryer for the whole camping. It can take your day to get a spot for a washing. The camping should also clean the filters of the dryer once per day, as we did ourselves each time before drying. There were simply to dirty to put anything inside, as it seems no guest is cleaning it after using.
