The association of Campsites in Savoie
The USHPA is an association representing approximately one hundred members (campsites) across the two departments of Savoie. In 2000 the two federations Camping Savoie and Haute Savoie merged. Our object is to keep our members informed about developments in the profession, to support them in their dealings with the government to defend them in case of difficulties.
Another important aspect of our activity is to promote all the sites members through our brochure, our presence in many European markets and this website. Each member is also entitled to preferential rates of SACEM (copyright for music) and Antargaz PRIMAGAZ (gas tanks and bottles).
Our association is representative of our profession, and the only interlocutor of the departmental bodies: Department Board, Counties, Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCI), Departmental Tourist Agencies (DTA). The USHPA is also responsible for collecting the applications for membership and collecting contributions for the three representative bodies of our profession, ministry department (USHPA), Regional Branch ( FRHPA Regional Federation of camping in the Rhone-Alpes) and national division (FNHPA, National Federation of Sites).
